Important things to know about shipping:
We only ship to the contiguous 48 States. If you would like an order shipped somewhere other than the 48 contiguous states, call us at 215-541-4878 for shipping quotes and arrangements.
Although we are open on Saturdays, we do not consider Saturday and Sunday as business days. If you place your online order on a weekend, your order will be processed for shipping the next available business day.
Products may ship in multiple boxes at NO EXTRA CHARGE.
Normal shipping time is 3 to 10 business days depending on delivery destination. Special orders & truck shipments can take approximately 2 to 6 weeks depending on the items.
Orders are typically processed within 24 hours. Most products are shipped by UPS or FedEx. If we discover a delay in your shipment, we will do our best to contact you and let you know. In most cases, if a product is not available to ship immediately, it is placed on backorder. Because this is considered a special order, your credit card will be charged at the time of order. We utilize the "First In / First Out" when determining the purchasing order of backorders. This means that orders are processed in the order they are received.

Tracking Numbers
In most cases, tracking numbers are supplied via email to customers once their order has been shipped. In the event that an item is shipped directly from the manufacturer and a tracking number is not supplied to us, a tracking number will not be provided. However, upon request, we can make attempts to retrieve a tracking number from the manufacturer on your order.

Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations
If you are not completely satisfied with one of our products, you may return it at any time within a 14 day time-frame of the date of sale. Your date of sale can be found on your order confirmation email. Returns, refunds, and cancellations are handled on a case by case basis. However some general policies are applied to every order:
- All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee with the exception of damaged goods or missing parts.
- All returns must have a valid RMA# and returned freight prepaid.
- All returns must be packaged in the original box and in new from the factory condition.
- Damaged shipments must be brought to our attention within 5 business days of receipt.
- With a valid RMA# we will pay for the outbound shipping on your replacement product.
- Shipping charges will not be refunded unless the return is due to an error at Jeeperz 4wd.
- Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless otherwise noted.
If you wish to cancel your order, you must do so with 2 business days by calling us at 215-541-4878. There will be an 8% order cancellation fee for all cancelled orders once they have been invoiced.
