1. Liability:
Jeeperz 4wd, LLC does its best to make sure that the products you buy are of the highest quality available. Jeeperz 4wd, LLC cannot and will not be responsible for damages to persons or properties due to the use of any product we sell. All product liability is the responsibility of the manufacturer of the products.
The Customer assumes all product liability. Install these products at YOUR OWN RISK.

2. Warranties:
All products are warranted by the manufacturer. Please contact the appropriate manufacturer if you have questions regarding the scope of the warranty of your product.  If you find a product to be defective contact Jeeperz 4wd, LLC and we will direct you to the proper person to speak with regarding repair or replacement.  All claims must be made within the normal manufacturers warranty period. A return due to warranty may be handled directly between the consumer and manufacturer, however Jeeperz 4wd, LLC will facilitate the process if necessary.

3. About Shipping:
Orders are typically processed within 24 hours. Jeeperz 4wd, LLC reserves the right to use the shipping method of our choice. If we discover a delay in your shipment, we will do our best to contact you and let you know. In most cases, if a product is not available to ship immediately, it is placed on backorder. Because this is considered a special order, your credit card will be charged at the time of order.  Shipping fees listed on our website apply to 48 Contiguous States only. By placing your order, you understand and agree.

4. About Pricing:
All prices listed are in US Currency. Prices listed do not include shipping unless otherwise noted. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Accuracy Notice
While Jeeperz 4wd, LLC strives to provide accurate product and pricing information, pricing or typographical errors may occur.  In the event that an item is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to an error in pricing or product information, Jeeperz 4wd, LLC shall have the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that item. In the event that an item you order is priced incorrectly, Jeeperz 4wd, LLC may, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.

5. About International Orders:
Jeeperz 4wd, LLC will ship only to continental United States addresses.

6. Damaged Shipments
All shipments should be inspected at the time of delivery. Obviously damaged packages should be refused at the time of delivery.  If you receive an item that was damaged during delivery please contact Jeeperz 4wd, LLC immediately at 215-541-4878.

7. Privacy Policy
Jeeperz 4wd, LLC is very concerned about the protection of online privacy for all of our website visitors. Although we track the total number of visitors to each of our sites in an aggregate form to allow us to update and improve our sites, personally identifiable information is not extracted in this process.
